One can hope for an increased ability to think more clearly and feel more deeply …. This opens a spaciousness in understanding and relational fields.

Message to clients

I offer individual and couples therapy, and creative coaching for aspiring makers.

Therapeutic goals revolve around:

Greater self-knowledge – personality preferences, attachment patterns, archetypes, attentional and communication styles, conflict resolution skill set, regulation issues, tracking the unconscious, and energy enhancement and depletion. This knowledge opens a spaciousness that allows for more effective and sustaining interactions with the self and others, leading to a more satisfactory life.

I coach folks to best understand their professional stories and how they want to tell it, and offer a toolbox to facilitate mindfulness, intentional living and effective time management.
