Message to clients

Therapy can be a very difficult experience to enter. Sometimes we enter it with trepidation and have to come to terms with what we're experiencing and admit we need help. Sometimes it's the last ditch effort for your relationship and you're fearful of losing that relationship. Either way, my therapy room is a place where anyone can feel comfortable. My hope is to journey with each of my clients so that they no longer have to battle their struggle alone.

Therapy is also a place where you come to get better. I am not a therapist who is just going to affirm everything you think and feel. You can go to your friends for free to get that. In my therapy office, we truly do work towards getting better, even if that means we need to look at some difficult things, be challenged in some areas, and work hard to improve. It can also be a place of joy, laughter, and inside jokes. These are the experiences I aim to create for my clients.
