Message to clients

I'm so glad you're here, and I want you to know that I'm here for you in a way that truly understands the unique challenges women face. Whether you're navigating the demands of motherhood, dealing with relationship and family dynamics, or managing the stress of life transitions, you don't have to go through this alone. My goal is to be a supportive presence, offering a safe and compassionate space where you can express yourself freely, feel truly heard, and find the strength to move forward.

Together, we'll work to create a sense of balance and well-being in your life, exploring the tools and strategies that resonate with you personally. I know that the journey isn't always easy, and there may be moments of pain and uncertainty. But through our sessions, my hope is that you'll find the insight and support you need to navigate these challenges with confidence and grace. We're in this together, and I'm committed to helping you uncover the joy and fulfillment that you deserve.

I offer Telehealth services exclusively in Massachusetts, with both phone and video sessions available to fit your needs. For clients in Connecticut, I provide the option of in-person sessions, as well as phone and video appointments. My hours are Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, giving you flexibility in scheduling sessions that work best for you.
