She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, blended families and military adjustments. She has also helped many people who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse.
Bridgette's therapy style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and she doesn't believe in stigmatizing labels. Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral, family systems therapy, person-centered and solution-focused therapy. She will tailor your sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
