She takes a mind-body approach to helping clients heal, guiding them through Neurofeedback and Biofeedback therapies to synchronize their emotions with their physical reactions. She provides clients with mindfulness practices that they can take home with them, and also encourages clients to examine how their thought patterns impact their emotional states.
