Professional statement

Brittany believes we are all on a journey to find happiness, purpose, and meaning in life. While the route is not always clear, she is dedicated to helping her clients sort out where they are, and get them to where they’re going. She has experience with clients of all ages with diverse presenting concerns and modifies her treatment modality to meet the unique needs of each person.

Working with adolescents and young adults, LGBTQIA folks, and individuals struggling with anxiety, social skills and communication are particular passions of Brittany. She also enjoys using meditation/mindfulness, psychodynamic, CBT, client-centered therapy, existential therapy, strength-based approaches, and empowering folks to define themselves through self-determination.

If you desire to feel heard and seen, if you want a clearer glimpse at who you really are and where you're going in life, if you are looking for a shift in perspective and a new route through the difficulties, Brittany is here to support you along your path.

Message to clients

Quantum Wellness was created by a yogi, philosopher, therapist who has spent a lifetime exploring the inner and outer worlds of mental health and wellbeing. At Quantum Wellness, I believe that true wellness requires a holistic approach that explores the mind, body, spirit, and one's truest authentic self. I strive to empower clients to find their Wellness Recipe - doing the work and developing the formula which will help them heal and thrive.

I am a passionate, caring, creative psychotherapist, yoga instructor, and wellness practitioner. I combine my knowledge and experience with the mind/body connection to help clients activate real change in their lives through sometimes the most subtle, quantum shifts. I love to explore my client's perspectives, understanding their lived experiences and helping them gain insights which uncover their greatest strengths to move into a space of empowerment.

At Quantum Wellness, I offer virtual psychotherapy, tarot therapy, mindfulness-based practices, solution-oriented coaching, wellness workshops, and I facilitate a wellness book club. New virtual therapy groups are being created based on client needs - reach out if you'd benefit from a group setting.
