Brittany believes we are all on a journey to find happiness, purpose, and meaning in life. While the route is not always clear, she is dedicated to helping her clients sort out where they are, and get them to where they’re going. She has experience with clients of all ages with diverse presenting concerns and modifies her treatment modality to meet the unique needs of each person.
Working with adolescents and young adults, LGBTQIA folks, and individuals struggling with anxiety, social skills and communication are particular passions of Brittany. She also enjoys using meditation/mindfulness, psychodynamic, CBT, client-centered therapy, existential therapy, strength-based approaches, and empowering folks to define themselves through self-determination.
