Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, LPC-AImage. Your mind is racing. All. The. Damn. Time. Your to-do list is a collection of post-it notes covering your table and you don't know where to start. You go about your day and all the sudden your heart is pounding, hands shaking, breathing is heavy, you have no idea why you feel this way, but it's confusing and you're losing control. Your internal voice is relentlessly mean and makes you feel like you'll never be "Normal." Sleep what's that? The struggle of being "enough" is real and the weight of your past is dragging you down. You're exhausted, nobody is listening and you feel alone is this fight against your own mind.
Everyone deserves to slow down, connect, and heal. Therapy does that. You can fully show up, break down, and rebuild yourself here. There’s space for all of it! The process may be tough. But recognizing your strength and gaining insight will help change how you engage with yourself & others, and how you move through the world. You are worth the work.
If anything above resonates with you, I can promise you there’s one other person who gets it, Me. I look forward to our journey through laughter, tears, hard work, and real talk. I know you have everything inside you to live the life you desire and deserve. Let’s bring it out. It’s safe now. You ready?

Late Cancellation and Missed Appointments: Policy states if your cancellation is less than 24-hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you no-show for an appointment, with no prior warning or cancellation notification, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy is out of respect to the both of us. If you are late for a session, we will end at our regular time, as courtesy to the person scheduled after you.
The work of psychotherapy can sometimes be challenging. When we hit a difficult place together, it may feel easier for you to avoid treatment, however, I would prefer we speak about this intentionally rather than you cancelling sessions. I hold our scheduled appointment time specifically for you and you alone. I see a limited number of clients so that I can give you the focus and attention you deserve, therefore it is difficult to fill last minute cancellations.
