Her approach is primarily cognitive behavioral with the use of a supportive, strengths-based perspective. She has served in the criminal justice system as well as held a small private practice. Her love of serving underprivileged populations is what has led to a passion to provide affordable, insurance accepted care. Through her work in the criminal justice system, she has been able to serve a wide range of presenting issues from severe and persistent mental illness, grief and loss, stress management, anger management, to more existential issues around life purpose and relationship building.
