Message to clients

You, like all people, deserve to be heard and feel understood. I see my role as that of a warm, authentic, and caring confidante and a non-judgmental sounding board. We'll start by establishing a relationship of trust and collaboration. From there, I can guide you experimenting with new ways of approaching your challenges.

If you're seeking to make changes or struggling to accept your circumstances, I might be able to help. We can work together to identify steps toward change, overcome your internal and external barriers, and tap into your natural courage and resilience so you can move forward. I hope to also help you cultivate a deeper compassion for yourself and the world around you so you can break free from avoidance, perfectionism, and resentment.

A bit more about me - I practice what I preach when it comes to work-life balance, so when I'm not working, you'll likely find me playing outside with my family, developing my green-thumb, singing in my community choir, indulging my sweet-tooth, or enjoying some good historical fiction.
