Message to clients

Therapy is a place to slow down and notice what is going on inside of you and in your environment. Our sessions will be a chance to pause and gain perspective on your life- whether you are working on regulating emotions, improving relationships or changing patterns of behavior.

I have a warm, casual approach; I strive to help client's balance their desire for change with their practice of acceptance. I especially enjoy working with clients to identify their values and access their own inner wisdom about what, for them, is essential to building a life worth living.

Starting, or re-starting, therapy can be challenging or overwhelming and it is important to find the right fit in a therapist. I like to start with a brief 15-minute call to get to know you a bit, find out more about what you are looking for and answer any questions you have - I invite you to reach out so we can set that up soon. Looking forward to hearing from you.
