Professional statement

Caleb specializes in working with clients navigating trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, academic challenges, career goals, stress management and life transitions.

His role as a therapist is to provide an honest, thoughtful perspective and embrace the strength and resiliency that make clients who they are. He is dedicated to providing an LGBTQIA+ affirming space where clients are encouraged to explore themselves free of judgment. While Caleb provides affirming care, he’ll also challenge clients when needed and provide them with tools to move forward confidently.

Caleb draws from his experience working for a non-profit victim services agency, where he supported child victims of physical and sexual abuse. He has also provided academic assistance and career counseling for both adolescents and adults. Caleb is now a proud member of Resilience Lab—a large and diverse collective of clinicians collaborating to improve mental health access and outcomes across the United States.

Message to clients

You’re the author of your own story, and you deserve to bring that story to its fullest potential. Whether it’s unpacking your past or moving forward with your best self, all of us want to live our most authentic lives. My hope is to work together to understand and share the story that you want to tell.

I specialize in working with trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, self-discovery, academic challenges, career counseling, and life transitions. My goal is to provide you with an honest, empathetic perspective in a space where you feel in control. As your therapist, I’ll offer a perspective that embraces the strength and resiliency that make you who you are, while also challenging you to dig deeper so you can facilitate healing.

Therapy isn’t always easy, but hopefully, our work together will create a sense of ease and lighten your load. In my work, I hope to bring a much needed sense of camaraderie in your therapeutic journey through compassion, empathy, and maybe even some humor.
