Master of Arts (MA) - Clinical Mental Health Counseling Practice: RIVIA MindCaleigh received her master’s of arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College. She has been educated on several therapeutic modalities, & how to diagnose & treat a wide range of mental health disorders. She has completed internships at a rehab/detox center & private practice, providing her with a wide range of experiences. Caleigh has worked with individuals of various ages who present with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, & personality disorders. She enjoys working with members of LGBTQ+ community and exploring human sexuality. Caleigh thoughtfully integrates elements of CBT, DBT, and Psychoanalytic theory into her practice. She employs a holistic approach, exploring all aspects of an individual's well-being to help them heal on a deep & meaningful level. Ultimately, she aims to create a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic space where patients feel seen & heard.
