I received my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University. Completing a Career Center Counseling Internship, Recovery, Substance Abuse Counseling Internship, and a Clinical Internship provided me with many experiences.
I am trained in several therapeutic modalities and how to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders. I have worked with individuals of various ages who present with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and exploring human sexuality.
I thoughtfully integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychoanalytic Theory into my practice. I employ a holistic approach, exploring all aspects of your well-being to help you heal on a deep and meaningful level. Ultimately, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic space where you feel seen and heard.
