As a clinician I firmly believe in treating mental health and minimizing the negative perspectives surrounding mental health. Mental health tends to be an underserved population that needs to be seen as a priority. Treating your mental health should be a priority if we do not have mental balance we do not have anything. I believe in treating individuals as a whole and discover ways to assist my client to become better and stronger everyday by challenging negative thoughts and developing autonomy. My Treatment modalities are CBT, DBT, and SFT.

What's getting in your way towards betterment? Let's work on this together.

I am open to video/telephone consultations. Message me so that we can schedule a time to engage and explore your treatment path.
