Cara received an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. In addition to private practice she has worked for decades in the high school setting with adolescents and parents. Outside of the office, Cara enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, traveling, and drinking coffee.
Cara offers virtual therapy sessions for clients located in California and Idaho, and parent coaching sessions for parents of adolescents located anywhere in the US.
