Message to clients

Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping people manage their mental health, overall wellness and becoming the best version of themselves. I pride myself on being person centered, warm, empathetic and most importantly, non-judgmental. I am solution focused, goal orientated and understand the importance of being relatable. My ultimate goal is to assist you in identifying your goals and healthy coping skills.

My specialities include supporting people who are struggling with: ADHD, Anxiety, conflict resolution, cultural identity, goal setting, Depression, low self esteem, life transitions, micro-aggressions, relationship issues, sexuality, stress management and woman's issues. I specialize in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy.

If we decide to work with each other, you can expect to reflect on how your childhood trauma and experiences impact your current behaviors and perception of life. I will also support you in improving your insight/awareness and help you develop the coping skills you need to better navigate life.
