Since 2002 she has helped clients learn where they’ve gotten stuck in their healing process so they can overcome those barriers and move forward in their healing. She utilizes evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, DBT, and Mind Body Skills training. Her office is located in the Houston Heights, and she is available for in-person and virtual sessions.
