Professional statement

Carly Singh is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a private teletherapy practice based out of Ukiah, CA. Carly works individually with adults and some teenagers who are eager to engage in deep healing work. Many of her clients are beautifully sensitive and soulful, longing to be understood, feel more at ease in their body and more deeply connected to themselves and others. Most clients are navigating the weight of a mis-attuned or traumatic childhood and may find themselves struggling with symptoms of disordered eating, depression and anxiety.

In addition, Carly has a particular affinity for supporting mothers in the deeply transformational waters of the pregnancy, perinatal and postpartum realm. Mothers often appreciate support processing their birth and integrating the experience, adjusting to new identities and making room for the implicit memories from their own childhood that tend to surface when raising children.

Therapy sessions with Carly are slow and attuned. Carly integrates a mindfulness based somatic approach with trauma informed awareness to support clients in learning to regulate their nervous systems and find internal resources. Once stabilized, she supports clients in accessing core material and doing the deep transformational work that so many are seeking. Clients learn how to better "be" with themselves, understand their needs/wants, meet themselves with compassion and curiosity, increase embodiment and essentially, begin a lifelong path of loving themselves.

Carly's work is also greatly impacted by a deep call to her own healing, a committed spiritual meditation practice and teacher, formal studies in Ayurvedic Medicine, a lifetime of dance and history as a semi-professional ballet dancer and perhaps most impactful…. being a mother of two darling children!

Message to clients

I'm honored to work with clients who yearn for deeper connection and presence within themselves. My clients are often beautifully sensitive and soulful, seeking to be understood and free of what no longer serves them.

Together we'll work slowly and carefully to practice regulating your nervous system, find internal resources, discover core beliefs and how you are organized around these. I will support you in a process of re-membering connection to yourself, cultivating embodied presence and developing curiosity and compassion for all that will come up along the way.

Your healing work is important. I am happy to connect on the phone to make sure I am the right fit for you. Take care and be good to yourself.
