Carol Meylan specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship and work problems, and difficult life changes. She assists clients in recognizing and modifying thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are interfering with their well-being.  

Carol helps clients to more effectively respond to and resolve challenges so that they feel more confident in themselves. She also works with couples at all stages of their relationship who want to improve their communication and conflict management skills, as well as increase their intimacy and appreciation for each other.
