Message to clients

Congratulations for taking the first steps to explore how therapy can help. You've probably tried many different things, and have been through a lot at this point. You may be feeling frustrated and hopeless, and please know that most clients feel this way at the beginning of treatment. There is hope and there are solutions. I don't know anything that changes your life more dramatically than psychotherapy. If you aren't looking to change your life, but are looking to feel better, the way you used to feel, for most people, weekly therapy for three months is effective, and some people require more time. I have studied with the best professionals so I can provide you with the best care possible. If this appeals to you, please set up a time for us to talk. I look forward to hearing from you.
