Life often moves in ways that are difficult for us to anticipate and understand. This often leaves us wondering what could have been and what should have been. Learning to be resilient through life's unexpected twists and turns is sure way to taking back our happiness.

Carrie Coplen takes an active approach in helping her client's improve their mental health when life just does not go as planned. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR to help her clients find the peace that they deserve. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy and it has been around for over 30 years and is an effective treatment used to treat trauma.

Carrie offers in person appointments in her office in Grapevine, Texas and telehealth all over the state of Texas. Carrie offers a FREE 15 minute therapeutic phone call to see if she is the right fit for you.
