Dr. Carrie specializes in helping individuals and families, age 13 and up, to better understand and navigate life's challenges. She is an expert in helping people learn how to make long lasting, effective changes and to overcome life challenges such as anxiety, trauma, mood disorders and difficult relationships. She can help you improve your relationship with yourself, and be more skillful at communicating with others in your life.
Dr. Carrie is a psychologist, licensed in Colorado, who has been in private practice since 2001. She is trained in EMDR and has enjoyed using that modality since 2004. When not doing EMDR, Dr. Carrie uses the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients improve their psychological flexibility to solve problems and become healthier in their approach to the world.
The office is open Monday through Thursday with day and limited evening times available. Parking is free, and the location is central, close to downtown Denver and easy to access.
