Professional statement

Healing is a process that takes time, and my goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to work through your pain. I believe in personalized approaches to healing because everyone has unique needs. Whether it’s a walk in the woods, throwing paint on a canvas, or journaling and talking, I’m open to adapting to what works best for you.

Message to clients

My name is Carrie and I am a Mental Health Counselor who has worked with people ages 3-86. As a veteran myself, my passion is helping other veterans who are transitioning to civilian life and may be struggling with service related issues such as PTSD and MST. I use a person centered approach while building a relationship environment that allows for healing to take place. From there we will work together to find the modality that works best for you.
