Cat Deubler became a therapist to empower individuals and help them reclaim their voice. With a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University, she takes a holistic and compassionate approach to support clients in processing trauma and navigating life’s challenges.
Cat specializes in working with trauma, PTSD, mental health crises, survivors of abuse, autism, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and depression. Her professional experience spans diverse populations, including at-risk youth with moderate-to-severe diagnoses, newly arrested inmates facing addiction and abuse, and members of the unhoused community with severe and persistent mental illness.
Passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health, Cat fosters a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. She brings authenticity, empathy, and even humor to her practice, helping clients discover the transformative benefits of therapy. With a flexible and client-centered approach, she utilizes a variety of techniques to meet individuals where they are and guide them toward growth and healing.
A lifelong learner, Cat is dedicated to growing both personally and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, caring for her plants, and expressing her creativity through her growing collection of tattoos.
