In this approach, Chandra guides clients through identification and reaction to thought patterns - both the healthy thought patterns and those that harm the individual. Chandra also specializes in Dance Therapy and uses body movement to help clients explore their bodies and the space around them to promote confidence and self-awareness.
Chandra earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from California State University Fullerton. Her approach is supportive, compassionate, and creative. She aims to make all clients feel comfortable in the space while offering helpful insights into background and current mental states.
