In my practice, I provide highly individualized therapy for clients who are ready to invest in their mental health and achieve meaningful change. While I’m out of network with insurance, like most NYC practices, many insurance plans reimburse a significant portion of session costs—often between 50% and 80%. To make this easier, I provide a detailed superbill that you can submit for direct reimbursement.
This approach gives you more control over your care - deciding how often we meet and how long we work together, without insurance dictating the process. I prioritize quality over quantity, giving every client the time and attention they deserve.
The practice will call you for a free 10 minute phone call to discuss your needs and ensure a match!
