Message to clients

Are you an adult tech professional that is overwhelmed by your duties at work and at home? If so, I hope I can help you. The majority of my clients are people like you. They have stayed with me because, as one of them has told me, ‘You're the first therapist I've met that doesn't need me to explain what it's like to try to ship a product.’ I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Evaluations - Offers a broad range of tests and assessments that may be used to identify strengths, provide diagnostic clarity, and inform treatment goals

Autism spectrum disorder - Support understanding the diagnosis and related challenges and strengths; skill-building in areas of daily routine, transitions, coping with overwhelming sensory experiences, social skills, and emotion identification and regulation

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) - A trauma treatment that helps process distressing memories and restore the brain's natural healing abilities. In addition to other therapeutic techniques, the therapist leads the client in a series of lateral eye movements while focusing on a difficult memory, reducing any overwhelming feelings connected to past experiences, and allowing for emotional healing

Forensic issues - Addressing forensic challenges, related to legal issues

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
