Message to clients

Congratulations for making the important decision to seek therapy. The process of therapy can be most rewarding as it can help you become more self-aware, self-compassionate, and empowered to make decisions in your life that are intentional and well-informed. There are always reasons why we do the things we do, and almost always once we discover those reasons, we can then have a deeper understanding and more compassion for ourselves. From there, we can then make changes as needed, or perhaps embrace parts of ourselves that we used to resist only because we didn't understand where they were coming from. My hope for you is that you will come away from this experience feeling equipped to engage in you life fully, and with a renewed sense of purpose and meaning for the decisions you make.
