Christina Acheson- Hayes is a virtual LCSW in AZ & NY. She can help assist you with understanding where negative cognitions and belief systems come from and how to change them into the positive. She can help decrease the voice of the inner critic, increase understanding of somatic exercises, treat trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and neurodivergent symptoms. She can help teach you how to navigate challenging relationships and how to approach conflict w/ more self awareness.

For clients struggling with focus and attention, she will learn help teach tools to help with organizing daily life, learning how to prioritize important tasks, how to deal with high sensitivities to the environment and people. She uses a holistic approach with an emphasis on positive community & environment, healthy eating styles and exercise.
