Christina is a neurodivergent-affirming psychotherapist in Howard County, Maryland. For many years, Christina was a school based clinician that provided direct counseling services to middle and high school students, challenged by a range of developmental differences and needs, including ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Dysregulation. Therapeutic services are available for adolescents, aged 16+, young adults in transition, and older adults.
Through a virtual platform, Christina provides therapeutic services utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-informed methods including Somatic Experiencing, and Strategic Planning. These approaches are most successful in Christina's experience. However, the foundation of Evolve is to utilize one's personal strengths to move toward balancing life around stress, being more present to conquer fears, and to take steps to transform challenges into successes!
