Dr. Chrissy Mannion is a Clinical Psychologist in Rochester, NY who has worked in both the NYC and Chicago metro areas. She found her niche in young adults and adults, particularly women and LGBTQIA+ folx, looking to address anxiety, depression, life transitions, motherhood, and trauma.
Dr. Chrissy’s relational style is warm, empathic, and approachable. Above all else, she strives to create an inviting atmosphere to make her clients comfortable discussing even the most difficult topics. Dr. Chrissy values humor, so be prepared to laugh, cry, and curse when in her office.
Each of Dr. Chrissy’s offices has access to chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists, allowing collaboration between many alternative healing practices. When clients can’t come into the office, she is able to provide telehealth.
Dr. Chrissy offers EMDR Intensives for those who want to do a lot of work in a short period of time. These can include 3-6 hour sessions, one or more days at a time. She also provides psychological assessments and is particularly adept at noticing the nuance of neurodiverse conditions in adult AFAB individuals as well as assessing for trauma and dissociation, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
