Professional statement

"If we are to strive as human beings to gain more wisdom, more kindness and more compassion, we must have the intention to grow as a lotus and open each petal one by one "

~ Goldie Hawn.

In her experience, Christina Miles has found that the acceptance of information can stretch the mind beyond it’s previous dimensions and can feel very challenging. However, overcoming these growing pains can make life purposeful. A willingness to understand our psyche can be a step toward the transformative process of accepting our authentic self-realizations and putting into practice a more intentional mindset.

Christina's counseling philosophy is to work as a team: you will have diverse dialogs to develop an understanding of the past, present, and future choices. This in return will assist you in finding a healthier direction with beneficial breakthroughs with all current and future relationships.

For further information please consult the website at DIY Psychology PLLC. Christina looks forward to hearing from you.
