Mental Health Counselor - Limited Permit, MHC-LP Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsAs a pre-licensed professional in mental health, Christina has had multiple experiences that have influenced her work in private practice. Her education and experience have led her to develop a unique set of skills that see the whole person within their environment. Her practice has roots in all major schools of psychological theory, but she primarily practices through an attachment-based and Internal Family Systems lens, with a balanced approach of somatic and talk therapy. It is through this model that she examines the influence of past and present life experiences that contribute to the emotional, behavioral, and mental challenges her clients are facing. Whether her client is a child or an adult, she will work together with her clients to find a rhythm of therapy that encourages growth and discovery. Clients will leave her office with a toolbox filled with skills to face all that life has to offer.
