Message to clients

Are you afraid or anxious to start therapy? Surprisingly, that is good! This is because growth can come from discomfort. When we remain comfortable, there are no opportunities for growth. I am here to not only empathize, remain non-judgmental to your own unique human experience, but also to challenge your self-limiting beliefs that keep you from achieving the life you envision. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, LGBTQPIA+ related issues or more, I am here to be of service to you in a holistic manner that will address the many facets of your distinctive challenges. My hope is to work collaboratively with you, to assess your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors that may be impeding you from living life on your terms, while prioritizing your journey to personal growth.
