Her goal is to assist you in aligning all areas of yourself as our mind, body, spirit, and emotions are all connected and affecting one another constantly. Christine can address the physical body, trapped emotions, and spiritual components to bring you into harmony. She would like to help you release emotional and other barriers and bring you into alignment.

Christine Briggs' favorite methods of treatment and interventions include Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy(ACT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Meditation, Breathwork, Nutrition for mental health, Nature healing, Expressive therapies, and Mind-Body work. She also has certifications in Integrative Medicine for Mental Health and Plant-Based Nutrition.
