Professional statement

Christine believes that everyone deserves validation and support in a safe, non-judgmental space. The opposite of anxiety is resilience. It is defined as "the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties". She can help you normalize the feelings of fear and uncertainty in an uncertain world with honesty and clarity that builds on your inherent strengths.

Christine will help you change what's possible.

After a successful career in the business world, Christine took the skills of social connection and project management and returned to school for her Master's to integrate her life's experiences with a behavioral health education. In her second career in offering therapy, chosen specifically with the intention and desire to help others, Christine gained clinical experience working with adults, couples and teens from diverse backgrounds in various settings including virtual counseling, private practice and outpatient clinics.

She has treated individuals, couples and families to help improve their communication methods, manage anxiety and depression, and work with LGBTQ, and gender identity and other issues.

She has received formal training in Mindfulness, CBT therapy, DBT, Gottman Couples training, Imago relationship therapy. Christine uses a combination of these techniques to help her clients explore their feelings, and apply new tools, to live a more peaceful, happier life.

Message to clients

I believe that our emotions are like "tunnels, not a cave". We are meant to go though them-not get stuck in them.

You and I work will together to help you become more aware of your feelings. You can then identify the emotion and come out on the other side with more self-awareness and comfort realizing that emotions and discomfort that sometimes accompany them will pass.

I specialize in helping my clients to learn to communicate more clearly and effectively with one another. To be able to really listen with an open mind and heart to avoid the common traps of hurt feelings and miscommunication.
