Christine believes that everyone deserves validation and support in a safe, non-judgmental space. The opposite of anxiety is resilience. It is defined as "the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties". She can help you normalize the feelings of fear and uncertainty in an uncertain world with honesty and clarity that builds on your inherent strengths.
Christine will help you change what's possible.
After a successful career in the business world, Christine took the skills of social connection and project management and returned to school for her Master's to integrate her life's experiences with a behavioral health education. In her second career in offering therapy, chosen specifically with the intention and desire to help others, Christine gained clinical experience working with adults, couples and teens from diverse backgrounds in various settings including virtual counseling, private practice and outpatient clinics.
She has treated individuals, couples and families to help improve their communication methods, manage anxiety and depression, and work with LGBTQ, and gender identity and other issues.
She has received formal training in Mindfulness, CBT therapy, DBT, Gottman Couples training, Imago relationship therapy. Christine uses a combination of these techniques to help her clients explore their feelings, and apply new tools, to live a more peaceful, happier life.
