Ciara started her Social Work career in Ireland in 2013, completed graduate school at Boston College in 2018 and has been working in Boston ever since. Ciara has had extensive experience working with people with chronic health conditions, end of life care and grief/loss.

Ciara specializes in supporting motivated young adults and older adults who want to improve their relationships, manage stress, and navigate life transitions. Many of her clients are looking for ways to reduce anxiety and increase balance in their lives. Whether it is feelings of uncertainty about a future career path, struggles with self-esteem and confidence, a life transition, or adjusting to a new medical diagnosis or chronic illness, Ciara partners with her clients to identify goals and create a path forward.
