Professional statement

I genuinely help adults who are struggling with emotional trauma and grief. Perhaps you are feeling inadequate or overly dependent on others--looking to overcome low self-esteem and helplessness. Or perhaps you are caring for an unemotionally unavailable parent, and you're looking to understand better how to navigate grief.

My extensive training supports a trauma-sensitive approach, including Psychodynamic, Trauma-informed Acceptance and Commitment/Mindfulness, Strengths-based, Brain-spotting, and Narrative Therapy. Meeting you where you, without pushing you further than you want or need to be. You are not alone.

Sessions are online weekdays (Tuesday to Friday) for Washington DC, Virginia, and Texas. In-person sessions are available for individuals living near North Dallas, TX and surrounding cities.

Message to clients

Do you feel stuck and distant from others, and are your thoughts keeping you up at night, or are you constantly worried about your future, finding it hard to do the things you once enjoyed? If so, I'm here to walk alongside you to help you figure out what's getting in the way of you living the life you long for.

I work with:

**Caregivers who are tired of feeling like a robot and disconnected from the world

**Individuals navigating grief, anxiety, and depression after the loss of a parent, spouse, or loved one

**Individuals who feel pressured by family to take on someone else's problem, as if they are a caregiver (when they aren't willing or ready to be)

**Individuals who are battling low self-esteem and fighting a nagging inner voice that keeps popping up over and over again

During our sessions, we collaborate and I remind you that your misery doesn't have to keep you company. Reach out today to schedule a complimentary consultation to learn more.
