Claire uses a client-centered, empathic approach that allows clients to feel fully seen and heard. She has experience working with emerging, young adults and adults struggling with life’s toughest challenges, including academic or work-related stress, anxiety, grief, overwhelm, burnout, relationship issues, fertility issues, or parental/caregiver challenges. Using a strengths-based, ecological, and systems perspective, Claire works with her clients to examine their lived experience, both past and present, helping them understand the complex interplay of outside inputs with their own perceptions, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Claire then works with each client to identify their unique patterns of thinking and behaving, bringing greater awareness to the client’s situation and equipping them with tools to resolve their challenges. Claire has a uniquely casual, yet professionally trained approach that puts clients at ease and fosters a sense of connection, empowerment, and teamwork.
