Psychologist, PhD Licensed Psychologist, LP Certified Psychologist, CP Certified Nutritional Therapist Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsColette Sinclair is a Psychologist and Certified Nutritional Medical Mental Health Practitioner located in Encinitas, CA. Colette specializes in providing effective mental health strategies to high functioning individuals looking to optimize their functioning and happiness in life. Mental health can be impacted as a result of acute or chronic stress, circumstantial changes in life, chronic depression or anxiety, or as a result of a traumatic event. She opens her practice warmly to anyone who would like to reach a higher level of health.
Colette’s approach to therapy is integrative and holistic. Clients will explore more than their mental health during sessions, as she prompts them to consider their physical and energetic health and the impact of such on one's mental health. Thinking patterns that limit growth will be explored as clients learn more about the condition of their being. Clients will disentangle dysfunctional habits and beliefs, learning to apply new skills that lead to positive change and growth.
Colette primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an Educational approach, as well as offers Psychonutrition as a therapy approach, to help clients establish health and wellness and to accelerate treatment. She is trained in Psychedelic Assisted as can establish candidacy for such approaches. Colette Sinclair earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Integral Health. She has additional certification in Integrative and Nutritional Medical Mental Health modalities, providing her with the knowledge and skills she needs to make a beneficial impact on the lives of her clients.
