As a therapist dedicated to supporting survivors, I provide a safe and compassionate environment where you can share your experiences and feelings without fear of judgment. Together, we will work to understand the impact of these experiences on your life and develop coping strategies to support your healing journey In therapy.

I integrate various approaches tailored to meet the needs of each client. This includes cognitive-behavioral techniques to address thought patterns and behaviors, mindfulness practices to enhance self-awareness and reduce stress, IFS, and psychodynamic exploration to understand how past experiences influence current feelings and behaviors.

I understand that taking the first step toward seeking support can feel daunting, especially when facing feelings of hopelessness, entanglement, or uncertainty. Please know that you are not alone in this journey. I am here to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can work together to navigate.
