Professional statement

Corina works individually with adults in their late 20-40s who are moving through life transitions and relationship challenges that have left them feeling overwhelmed. As a result, they may be experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, or avoidance. Corina enjoys working with individuals who are reentering/entering therapy for the first time and addressing the misconceptions while exploring the benefits.

Corina supports clients in building a strong sense of self which will include understanding themselves, unpacking buried emotions, and treating themselves with kindness. She helps individuals uncover their strengths, learn new skills to manage stressors, and gain new perspectives to facilitate change. Corina explores clients concerns and past experiences that are influencing their emotions as well as behavior.

In sessions clients are met with compassion, empathy, warmth, and honesty. Corina wants you to feel safe, seen, heard, and empowered as you move through this journey. She incorporates different therapeutic techniques to assist clients in reaching their goals, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, and trauma informed care within a humanistic framework.

All sessions are currently being held virtually in New York. Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation today.

Message to clients

Welcome! I am glad you’re here. Life can be difficult to manage on your own. Having a place to process challenges and unpack emotions with someone can help you feel lighter. You deserve to be heard and supported during life challenges. Therapy can empower you, put things into perspective, and improve your well-being. It is important to me to create a space you feel comfortable and respected so you can share your story. A space you feel understood and can speak your truth without judgement. Together we will find new ways to create balance and better manage the stressors influencing your daily life.

My hope is that throughout our time together you will have grown and made an effort to make changes in your life. When you are ready to begin your journey in becoming a better version of yourself, I’m ready to help.
