She treats those who are working through eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress and life transitions.
Courtney worked at an eating disorder clinic from 2011 through 2019 and helped those struggling at the outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization levels of care. She has spoken as an expert about eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns on the radio, at college campuses, among professionals in the community, and at other treatment centers. Her professional training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and phase 1 of Brainspotting for trauma. She has seen and treated individuals, families, couples and children. Courtney worked for a large health care company from 2019 through 2022 doing mental health intakes, diagnosing mental health disorders, and supporting people in getting the care they needed. She went back to a private practice setting in 2023 to continue to pursue her passion by providing therapy to those looking for support.

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
