Professional statement

I work with adults and adolescents at all points of their journey. Some of my specialties are working with adult children of narcissists, people pleasers and over-thinkers.

I take a holistic approach to therapy and like to address all aspects of my client's lives; mind, body and spirit. Often times we already contain the answers we are searching for, I provide a supportive environment which helps you unearth your answers.

Together, we will celebrate your successes and work to bring gentle awareness to behaviors that no longer serve you. I will support you through each stage of your journey at the pace right for you.

Message to clients

It can be scary to learn to step into your own power and sometimes it takes enough “pain of the same” to give you that push forward. We will go at your pace, putting into order what feels unbalanced and building you up one piece at a time.

I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, low self-worth, codependency and more. Together we can dissect the messages you've received that make you compromise your own needs and boundaries. Learn to trust your bodily cues and your intuition. Recognize your highest values and become clear about the things you really want in life.
