Master of Science, MS - Mental Health Counseling Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC Registered Yoga Teacher, RYTCrystal Hines is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Firestone, Colorado. Crystal is particularly passionate about working with other mental health therapists. Many of Crystal’s clients come in to address feeling undervalued and underpaid, overwhelmed by what it takes to be a therapist in our world today, and burnt out. She also has advanced training in the area of Complex PTSD, PTSD, and anxiety.
Crystal is an expert in treating trauma and is an approved EMDR and IFS Consultant. Crystal believes in the power and necessity of doing our own work as therapists in order to most effectively walk with our clients along their healing journeys. Crystal supports clients to reignite their passion for their work, move from surviving to thriving, and get in touch with their intuition and wisdom to create the life they want to live.
Crystal's style is relational, direct, and compassionate. When clients first start therapy, will get to know each other and discuss how my services can meet your unique needs. Crystal provides EMDR Consultation, IFS Consultation, LPCC Supervision, Private Practice Business Coaching, Intuitive Tarot Card Readings, and Therapy for Therapists.
Crystal received her Ed.S/M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University. She has worked as a school based therapist for a community mental health center for 6 years before starting her group private practice. Outside of work, she is obsessed with cats and earl grey tea, and is a mom of two young girls under the age of 3! Crystal is also really passionate about advocating for and protecting reproductive rights. Crystal only offers virtual therapy unless we happen to live close enough to meet at a nearby park or coffee shop.

Imposter syndrome - Learning how to identify instances of imposter syndrome and combatting any beliefs that one is not enough or does not deserve good things; practicing assertiveness and developing confidence
