Cynthia St.Clair, Licensed Professional Counselor, Integrative Psychotherapist, and Creator of Wild Moon Integrative Therapies, strives to support women in achieving optimal health now, so that they can fulfill their full potential in life! She works with women experiencing: mood disruptions around their menstrual cycles; the transition into motherhood or menopause, pregnancy termination, loss, or infertility; body image and eating issues; and trauma after sexual abuse/assault.
Cynthia's approach to therapy is embodied, mindful, and trauma-informed. She holds a feminist lens as she conceptualizes each client's unique healing path. Cynthia utilizes the most evidence-based and cutting-edge therapeutic approaches to balance lifestyle, lower distress, take control over mood, improve relationships, and resolve chronic trauma symptoms once and for all.
In addition to earning a Master of Arts Degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology, Cynthia has been an avid yogi and meditator for nearly twenty years. She has studied and taught prenatal and women's yoga and is a trained doula. Cynthia is certified in suicide prevention protocol and treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She also has significant clinical experience in both inpatient and intensive outpatient mental health settings, as well as in private practice.
Cynthia's brick and mortar office is located in downtown Denver, Colorado, on the 3rd floor of the historic Oxford Annex (elevator access available).
