Professional statement

Cynthia Sy is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to treating people in all aspects of their lives so that they can grow and prosper.

She is a Professional Member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and provides evidence-based nutritional education and guidance.

She uses a HIPPA-compliant platform with the following benefits:

* Clients can view all the forms that they have submitted or signed.

* Clients can set up their own appointments with ease.

* Clients are encouraged to post notes on the issues they face and their progress on goals between sessions. This ensures that important concerns are not overlooked and that they can be discussed in the next session.

* Counselor reads and responds to posts regularly between sessions.

Message to clients

My goal is to help my clients to define the life they want to live and then help them to develop the mindset and habits that are needed to actually live it.

I believe that communication between sessions is vital. Modern life is busy and complicated. I use a HIPPA-compliant app that allows for us to stay in touch between sessions. You will be encouraged to use this app daily to post notes on your achievements and any issues that arise. I will review the posts regularly and make comments as needed. We will discuss them more in our sessions.
