Professional statement

Dahlia helps women experiencing stress, anxiety, and self doubt to overcome life’s challenges and create healthy relationships. Navigating friendships, dating, and changing family dynamics as an adult can be a roller coaster—a time where people might grow apart from old friends, experience roommate conflicts, explore intimacy for the first time, or get clear on what they want out of life.

Through their work with Dahlia, clients learn to identify their needs, set boundaries, and have more effective conversations. They also dig into their pasts to understand how formative experiences contribute to their current relationship patterns. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dahlia helps clients reframe any unhelpful stories that keep them stuck so they can write new stories that lead to healthier, happier, and more fulfilling relationships.

Message to clients

For most of us, anxiety and stress can inhibit our ability to be fully present. Sometimes, all it takes is a new perspective to find the clarity to create a new reality, build fulfilling relationships, and grow into the best version of yourself.

As a therapist, my goal is to foster an environment that supports your self-discovery and healing. You’ll build on your intrinsic skills and strengths so you can navigate periods of difficulty and transition that foster growth and well-being.

Therapy with me is casual and conversational. As a result of therapy, you’ll be empowered to create meaningful connections and life changes that last.
