Message to clients

No matter how old you are, life may be challenging for different reasons. Externalizing those thoughts and feelings loudly bouncing inside you is helpful, and I am here to help. I enjoy working with individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, behavioral issues, and trauma. Connecting and building trust with my clients is a part of my job I most enjoy. I am also trained to work with children and provide consultation for the caretakers, so we can explore what improvements we can make in the living environment to navigate the emotional/communication difficulties.

I am very client-centered; I will meet you where you are and go at your pace. I will listen to your needs and goals to create a plan together. My goal is to have at least 3 helpful tools to navigate difficult moments and build resilience and confidence to get through future challenges.

If you are struggling with endless worry and self-doubt, let's lay them out in the open and process them. I enjoy my work of providing a safe place for you to explore your emotions and thoughts freely and learn to express them in a healthy way.
