Damien D. Wade is an African American male who was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He is currently licensed in the jurisdictions of NY, DC and Nevada. Damien has been doing social services for most of his life. He have an insatiable love for life and is dedicated to being a life long helper. He takes pride in being a change agent.

Damien has extensive history working in the juvenile justice and education systems of both NYC & DC, treating people who experience substance abuse, the children within the child welfare system, individuals who encounter mental health challenges both within the inpatient and outpatient setting and has assisted seniors/young adults of the LGBTQ community.
