Dana has an extensive background in providing outpatient therapy with experience in anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, bipolar and working with the LGTBQ+ community. Dana uses a trauma informed, holistic and evidence-based approach to empower her clients to work through their thoughts and feelings. Her modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative, strengths based, and motivational interviewing.
Dana’s clients, no matter their specific needs, make the most progress when they can be open-minded, recognize their strengths and weaknesses, and adapt their patterns of thinking. She believes in a partnership to develop insights and strategies to improve mental health.
